Six members of the Devil’s Diciples MC have been convicted of various felonies. President Jeff "Fat Dog" Smith, 60, of Mt. Clemens; Vice President Paul "Pauli" Darrah, 50, of Macomb Township; and National Warlord Cary "Gun Control" Vandiver, 56, of Sand Mountain, Ala. were convicted of engaging in a RICO conspiracy, methamphetamine trafficking conspiracy, conspiracy to obstruct justice, violent crimes in aid of racketeering.Vincent "Holiday" Witort, 64, of Fontana, Calif., and a methamphetamine cook, Patrick "Magoo" McKeoun, "60, of Birmingham, Ala., were found guilty of engaging in a RICO conspiracy and methamphetamine trafficking conspiracy. More on the story here Passed in 1970, the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) is a federal law designed to combat organized crime in the United States.
