Police say an 8 year old child was injured when the motorcycle he was a passenger on, crashed during a high speed police chase in Arlington Tennessee.
According to investigators, the chase involving two motorcycles exceeded speeds of 100 mph. Once they entered the Shelby County area, police called off the pursuit, but the motorcycles continued, crashing into the SUV after running a red light in Arlington.
The child was taken to Le Bonheur Children's Hospital in critical condition and thankfully is expected to survive.
