Biker Nation Return & Exchange Policy

At Biker Nation, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes an item doesn't fit or isn't quite what you expected, and we're happy to help with eligible returns and exchanges.

15-Day Return Policy

Regular-priced merchandise may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, provided the merchandise is in unused, resalable condition.  This return window is extended for Christmas puchases from Thanksgiving through January 10th of each year.  

To qualify for a return:

• Merchandise must be unworn, unused and unwashed.

• Original tags and packaging must be included where applicable.

• Merchandise must be in resalable condition.

• Returns must be authorized by Biker Nation before being shipped.

We do not charge a restocking fee on eligible regular-priced merchandise returned in unused, resalable condition.

Return Authorization (RMA) Required

Please do not return merchandise without first contacting Biker Nation.

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners and suppliers, return addresses vary depending on where your order was shipped from.

To request a return, email info@bikernation.biz with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide:

• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or other return reference.

• The correct return shipping address.

• Any specific packaging or return instructions.

Do not ship merchandise to the address on your original shipping label or to our business address unless specifically instructed to do so.

Unauthorized returns or merchandise shipped to an incorrect address may be delayed or may not qualify for a refund if the merchandise cannot be recovered.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the merchandise is defective, damaged upon arrival, or we shipped the wrong item.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless required by law or the return is due to an error for which Biker Nation is responsible.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your tracking information until your return has been processed.

Refunds

Once your authorized return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Eligible regular-priced merchandise may be exchanged within 15 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Please contact us before returning an item for exchange so we can provide the appropriate instructions and return authorization.

Store Credit

Unused, resalable regular-priced merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase may qualify for store credit instead of a refund, subject to approval.

Sale and Clearance Merchandise

All sales of discounted sale and clearance merchandise are final. These items are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges or store credit, except where required by law or when merchandise is defective or incorrectly shipped.

Nonreturnable Merchandise

Gift cards and personalized or monogrammed merchandise are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective or otherwise required by law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us promptly at info@bikernation.biz with your order number, a description of the problem and photographs when possible.

We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide return instructions if necessary.
