YouTube user gurustunts posted this video Monday showing a group of reckless sportbikers disregarding the CHP officer who tries to pull over several of the group.
According to a report in the Mercury News,
At one point, one of the motorcyclists speeds past the officer, weaving across traffic lanes. The officer follows, but then the motorcyclist filming the entire incident on his helmet camera pulls up next to the CHP officer, shooing him away.

I’ll probably get some hateful comments for my post but I don’t care.
They are definitely criminals who are giving good bikers a bad name.
If you want to ride like that, do it on a private road or a closed track and not a public highway so that you are only putting your own life in danger.
There is no place for this on public highways. These jokers make the rest of us on two wheels look bad in the eyes of the public. I have been riding nearly 50 years (whoa! how did that happen?) and have ridden hundreds of thousands of miles. I never found a need to show off and put myself and others in danger. We need to protect a positive image of motorcyclists.
