Hollister, CA – The unique styling of Corbin’s Classic Solo will look excellent on your Indian while providing an extraordinary amount of rider comfort. Corbin’s seating platform conforms to the shape of your body for maximum support and more square inches of body contact. This is one of the secrets of long range comfort and is a staple of Corbin design. For added back support, our Classic Solo saddle accepts an optional rider’s backrest that provides an additional nine inches of vertical support. Also available in a CLOSE model that provides seating closer to the bars and slightly lower for easier reach.
Corbin backrests install easily into hardware concealed inside the saddle for a very clean look. In order to fit a wide range of riders, it is fully angle adjustable. Just install the backrest into the saddle, lock it in place with a single setscrew and adjust the backrest angle to suit. A variety of backrest styles are available to suit your taste and the amount of support desired. Shown with our most popular #02-SB Ovalbac backrest.
For maximum versatility we’ve designed the Corbin solo saddle to work with two different passenger pillion seats. Corbin’s 50’s pillion is built with our exclusive high-density Comfort Cell foam, just like our saddle, to provide firm support with a low profile, fender hugging profile. It comes decorated in your choice of leather styles to coordinate with your Corbin solo. Our Touring pillion provides your passenger with maximized seating area and touring class comfort. Sculpted ergonomically to eliminate hot spots and improve weight distribution. And Corbin engineers designed a third touring pillion modified to work with the Indian Sissy Bar. All three pillions install easily with all required hardware included.
For an added bit of luxury, the Classic Solo saddle has the option of electric heated seating. You’ll be amazed how a heated seat can raise your core body temperature during one of those chilly morning rides. This system easily wires directly to the bike’s accessory jack and provides heat with the flip of a switch. Heater unit is built into the saddle and comes preinstalled. Switch is conveniently located on the left side of the seat.
Corbin’s backrests come covered to match your saddle and also offer the option of custom finishing plates on the rear. Backrests come standard with an ABS leather look backing plate but you can choose a carbon-fiber look or a paintable model at no added charge. For a little extra we offer pre-painted gloss black that coordinates perfectly with the look of the bike.
Saddles and backrests include genuine leather seating panels in your choice of colors and styles and a tasteful diamond stitch pattern in the solo seat and embroidered warrior feather in the pillion. Leather provides a luxurious perch that breathes with your body enhancing comfort value. Leather will also break in along with the foam shape in support of the personalized fit. In the side panels we use a coordinating vinyl material to keep the saddle looking sharp longer and support the foam shape.
