West Kittaning PA: Last Monday, a thief, or thieves made off with Jeff John’s 1947 Indian motorcycle. While that’s bad enough, the thieves have also stolen Christmas for some area children as well.
Johns told KDKA’s Ralph Iannotti he uses the motorcycle, known as “Indian Joe” every Christmas Eve for a “Santa run.”
He puts on a beard, cap, and his leather jacket and makes several stops in the area, sometimes delivering Christmas candy to children.
“If someone just took it as a joke, joke’s over. I promise I won’t beat you or kill ya too bad, bring it back.” said Johns.
