BRP-CAN AM is recalling all 5200 Can Am Spyders (2013 model year units) for heat and fire danger related issues.
According to Dealer News the 5,200 subject vehicles were produced between Jan. 23 and June 26, 2013. The recall was initially announced in February, but the remedy was still in development. It follows a length NHTSA investigation of 103 complaints and two fires. Complaints were initially reported in 2014.
