Bombardier Recreational Products announced on October 28, 2026, that it will present its Can-Am Origin dual-sport and Pulse roadster electric motorcycles at Motorcycle Live at the NEC Birmingham. The manufacturer plans to use the exhibition to highlight rider cost-of-ownership comparisons between battery-powered models and conventional gas machinery.
Analysis published by BRP projects that riders could achieve running and energy savings of up to £2,700 compared to equivalent internal combustion motorcycles over typical operating cycles. According to the company's figures, projected operating costs reach approximately £1,200 for an electric motorcycle, compared to roughly £3,900 for a comparable gas-powered bike.
Can-Am will display both the Origin dual-sport and the Pulse roadster alongside its existing three-wheel portfolio. The showcase opens November 21 at the NEC Birmingham.
