Harley-Davidson announced an increase to its full-year financial outlook following a 9 percent rise in North American retail sales of new motorcycles during the third quarter of 2026.
According to the company's financial report released on October 29, 2026, the retail growth in North America marks the fourth consecutive quarter of domestic sales gains. The performance led Harley-Davidson to lift full-year financial expectations for both Harley-Davidson Motor Company (HDMC) and Harley-Davidson Financial Services (HDFS), marking the second time the manufacturer has raised guidance in 2026.
The company also reported progress in rebalancing stock levels across its retail network. Worldwide dealer inventory of new motorcycles finished the third quarter down 26 percent compared to the third quarter of 2025.
In addition to its financial results, Harley-Davidson announced changes to its corporate governance. Anthony D. Fassino and Bryan E. Slone were elected as independent members of the company's Board of Directors, with both appointments taking effect on October 28, 2026.
