Production-ready models of the upcoming Harley-Davidson Sprint 440 have been photographed completely undisguised as bikes begin arriving at dealerships, according to reporting from carandbike. The images surface just ahead of the motorcycle's scheduled global debut at EICMA in Milan on November 3, 2026.
Developed and manufactured in partnership with Hero MotoCorp, the Sprint 440 shares its base engine platform with the existing X440 model. However, Harley-Davidson and Hero have reconfigured the chassis with a revised rear subframe to deliver a low-slung, relaxed cruiser profile.
The photographed units display classic American cruiser styling elements, including forward-set foot controls, swept-back handlebars, a teardrop fuel tank, and a scooped rider seat. Instrumentation is handled by a single, centrally mounted circular TFT gauge.
Under the tank sits a 440cc air- and oil-cooled single-cylinder engine paired with a six-speed transmission. Output figures match the shared platform at approximately 27 bhp and 38 Nm of torque.
Harley-Davidson designed the Sprint 440 to bring authentic cruiser lines into a smaller displacement class, providing newer riders with an approachable and lighter package. Full global release specifications are set to be confirmed when the motorcycle makes its formal premiere at EICMA.
