Kawasaki Unveils 2027 KLE650 Adventure Tourer

Kawasaki UK announced the all-new 2027 KLE650 on October 27, 2026, bringing the revived nameplate into the middleweight adventure touring category with a focus on long-distance road comfort and dirt capability.
Power comes from a 649cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine updated with electronic throttle valves. Kawasaki tuned the engine configuration to deliver stronger low-to-mid range torque for varied riding conditions. The electronics package includes Kawasaki's KTRC traction control along with factory electronic cruise control as standard equipment.
The chassis setup targets rough surfaces and touring miles alike, incorporating long-travel suspension and rally styling. Kawasaki fitted the machine with a 21-inch front spoked wheel paired with a 17-inch rear wheel, giving the middleweight platform a wheel setup suited for dual-purpose travel.
