Our Pick for The Coolest Badass Bikes Unveiled at EICMA 2026

EICMA 2026 filled the halls in Milan with new iron, and most of it will blur together by spring. These five will not. We went through everything unveiled at the show and picked the five bikes with the most guts, counting down from five to one.

5. Segway X Cruiser

The wild card. Segway built an electric two-wheeler with a roll cage, a racing-style seat and seatbelts, and showed versions with a roof. It breaks every rule of what a motorcycle is supposed to be, and Segway is serious enough to have a production plan behind it, with launches in China and Europe set for 2027 and 2028. Nobody else at the show swung this big.

4. Honda V3R 900 E-Compressor

Honda put the world's first electronically driven supercharger on a production-intent motorcycle. The 900cc V3 is built to make power like a 1,200, and Honda wrapped it in titanium, tank and exhaust both. Forced induction has teased riders for decades. Honda looks ready to actually sell it.

3. BMW M 1000 RS

The most powerful production hyper naked in the world, by BMW's own claim: 218 horsepower from the M 1000 RR superbike engine, carbon fiber bodywork and wheels, titanium hardware, and a kerb weight of 432 pounds. Production is limited to 1,000 numbered units at roughly 40,000 euros, with deliveries starting spring 2027.

2. Ducati Diavel V4 S

The power cruiser, done the Ducati way. For 2027 the Diavel V4 S adds Ohlins SmartEC-3 semi-active electronic suspension and a 6.9-inch TFT display with built-in navigation to a platform that already cruises like a couch and accelerates like a sportbike. If you want one bike that does the boulevard and the back road, this is the one from this year's show.

1. Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 "Son of a Gun"

Our number one is a cruiser you can actually buy, built by the factory with one of the best custom shops on the planet. Royal Enfield teamed with Deus Ex Machina on the Son of a Gun: deep red, cream and gold paint, contrast-cut alloy wheels, piano black engine covers, and a brown leather seat with embroidered Deus branding. The stock 650 twin sits underneath, unchanged. Royal Enfield will build exactly 100 of them worldwide for 2027, and every one comes with a Royal Enfield x Deus souvenir jacket. Factory customs usually die as show bikes. This one goes home with 100 riders, and that makes it the coolest badass bike unveiled at EICMA 2026.

That is our five. Tell us in the comments what we got wrong.
