S&S Cycle Names Five Builders for 2027 Performance Bagger Shootout

S&S Cycle has announced the builder lineup for its 2027 Performance Bagger Shootout, selecting five American custom shops to build around a new touring engine platform, according to an announcement reported by Motor Sports NewsWire.
The five selected build teams are Hoban Brothers Racing, Lifestyle Cycles, Morse Speed, Suburban Motors, and Tucker Speed. Each participant will construct a custom performance bagger powered by the upcoming S&S MK132HO crate engine, a high-output platform built for touring and bagger racing applications.
The effort serves as the public debut for the MK132HO powerplant. The 2027 event represents the third annual project build series organized by S&S Cycle since the company revived the program after a 15-year hiatus.
