CFMOTO is building a 210-horsepower superbike with active aero wings, and the worldwide news lands right as the factory sets its sights on bigger displacements.
At dual press conferences during EICMA 2026 in Milan, the brand presented the V4SR-RR superbike. The track-ready machine runs an in-house developed 997cc V4 engine that makes over 210 horsepower, with top speeds exceeding 315 km/h and active aerodynamic winglets to manage airflow.
The company also showed two mid-size adventure models: the 550MT touring adventure bike and the 550MT-X off-road adventure bike. Both run a new 526cc parallel-twin engine. The off-road 550MT-X weighs 172 kg dry and makes 30 percent more power than the outgoing 450MT platform.
To fund that expansion, CFMOTO reported research and development expenditures of $186 million through the first three quarters of 2026. That marks a 46.39 percent increase year-over-year.
For American riders, this push matters because CFMOTO continues its rapid expansion across the U.S. dealership network. The factory is moving beyond middleweight machines into full-displacement liter-class performance and expanded ADV touring. Would you park a 210-horsepower CFMOTO V4 in your garage?
